  I have been a faithful customer with this company for 2 years. Never late, always on EFT with no returns. I went into the office on Saturday 04/29/2017, I spoke with some young lady named Peral or Perla, there was also another lady there working Gina, Jean...not sure of her name either. Anyways...I sat down and asked Peral if she can backdate my cancellation or submit a request to UW. She said No we can't do that, I then told her I didn't have time to cancel this policy and I started a new policy on 4/13 and I need her to please backdate the policy and pay me anything that's due. She then in mid sentence picked up the phone call that just rang...helped and answered all the customers questions and Never once acknowleded me or asked me to hold. Then when she hangs up, she asked what do I want. I then explained it to her again and she said ma'am why did you double your insurance? The she laughed like it was funny. I became so heated, so tired of customer service reps not treating anyone with respect that I asked her what was so funny? Then she said that she is a human and she can laugh. I then asked for her Sups name..which her District manager is Michael. She then informed me that the company backdate a cancellation of a policy. I basically told her that she should contact her UW dept, because that doesn't sound right. I'm a licensed Insurance rep, billing specialist, And I do some UW. She then insulted my knowledge of insurance by saying I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. The whole time we basically spoke over each other. She wouldn't listen, then she cut me off and told me she was speaking. She was going to let me leave without taking a copy of my new insurance dec pg and ph#!!!!! I volunteered the documents to her and gave her my phone number. She informed me someone would call me on Monday. Today is Tuesday, no call, and I called Michael who hasn't returned my call...and all I want to do is have my cancellation date backdated because I changed insurances and I am so happy I did! Stephian, would have never treated me Like this. Please put better insurance agents out their to represent your company the right way!!!!!!!
